| Welsh Water commissioned Anglia Composites to remove old
and rotting wooden covers and replace with our solid surface fibreglass
grating.
This type of grating has a very high strength to weight ratio and is completely corrosion resistant so will never rot or rust. GRP supports were installed and all fixings were stainless steel. Stainless steel handles were also installed at various points for easy lifting and inspection. The total area was in excess of 150 square metres in two separate areas. |
